What documents are required to apply for a bridging loan?

To apply for a bridging loan with Rapid Bridging, you’ll need proof of identity, proof of address, details of the property being used as security (including valuation reports), evidence of your exit strategy, and relevant financial information.

Are there any alternatives to bridging loans?

Yes, you can get loans like traditional mortgages, secured loans, development finance, asset refinancing, and business loans. 

Do I need a guarantor for a bridging loan?

Typically, guarantors aren’t required for bridging loans as they’re secured against property at up to 85% loan-to-value (or 100% with additional security).
