After the 2008 credit crunch, it was incredibly difficult to get finance. Even perfectly credit-worthy applicants were struggling to complete on financial transactions. Mainstream lenders simply couldn’t or didn’t want to help – but that didn’t mean there wasn’t a solution…
Driven by his desire to help, Andrew Jones founded Rapid Bridging as a trading style in 2011. The goal was to help people get their residential, development and commercial projects across the line. To provide a rapid and reliable service, that people could turn to when they needed help the most.
8 years later and we can proudly say that Rapid Bridging has successfully provided over 1,000 customers with bridging finance.
Lead by Andrew (Managing Director) and Nigel Simpson (National Sales Manager), the business has gone from strength to strength – with offices in London and Southampton, we serve the whole of the UK and southern Ireland.

Rapid Bridging is directly authorised by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA). We must meet strict regulatory requirements, comply with the Statements of Principle and Code of Practice and provide regular reports of our ongoing activities to the FCA.
Andrew and Nigel are both CeMAP qualified in Mortgage Advice and Practice – the industry benchmark qualification for becoming an authorised mortgage adviser and a mark of excellence and professionalism.
In the unlikely case that one of our customers suffers financially, we hold professional indemnity cover – which can be claimed against. Rest assured, you are covered in every eventuality.

For regulated bridging loans the typical APR is 8.2% based on a loan size of £250,000 and fixed for 12 months.
As a Master Broker our lenders approve 70% of all applications as we work closely with our lender partners to make sure we have the correct fit , which means we can help applications complete when others will struggle.
